Terms and Conditions

FxAsking provides information, educational content, broker reviews, broker comparisons, broker rankings, market-related articles, and tools that may help users research online trading brokers and trading-related topics.

FxAsking is an informational and educational website only. FxAsking is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, financial advisor, portfolio manager, trading platform provider, bank, payment provider, legal advisor, tax advisor, or accounting advisor.

FxAsking does not open trading accounts, hold client funds, execute trades, transmit trade orders, provide brokerage services, manage investments, or provide personalized financial advice.

All content on the Website is provided for general information, education, research, and comparison purposes only.

Nothing on the Website is, or should be interpreted as:

• investment advice;
• financial advice;
• trading advice;
• tax advice;
• legal advice;
• accounting advice;
• a personal recommendation;
• an invitation to trade;
• an offer to buy or sell any financial product;
• a solicitation to open an account with any broker;
• a guarantee that any broker, product, strategy, platform, account type, or trading method is suitable for you.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any broker, account, product, market, trading strategy, platform, leverage level, deposit method, or financial instrument is suitable for your personal circumstances.

Before opening a trading account or placing any trade, you should consider your objectives, financial situation, experience, risk tolerance, and applicable laws. If you are unsure, you should seek advice from an independent, qualified professional.

Forex, CFDs, crypto-assets, derivatives, margin products, and leveraged trading involve a high level of risk and are not suitable for all users.

Leverage can magnify both profits and losses. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. In some circumstances, depending on the broker, product, jurisdiction, and account terms, losses may exceed your initial deposit.

Market conditions can change quickly. Spreads, execution speed, liquidity, slippage, overnight financing, margin requirements, trading restrictions, withdrawal rules, and broker terms may change without notice.

You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance, broker ratings, comparison results, reviews, rankings, educational content, or examples shown on the Website do not guarantee future performance or future results.

You use the Website entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for:

• how you use the Website;
• any information you submit to the Website;
• any broker you choose to contact, visit, compare, or use;
• verifying broker information directly with the broker;
• checking the legal entity that will serve you;
• checking whether a broker is licensed or authorized in your jurisdiction;
• checking the applicable regulator, account agreement, fee schedule, risk disclosure, leverage rules, deposit and withdrawal rules, and client-protection rules;
• complying with laws and regulations that apply to you;
• any trading, investment, financial, tax, legal, or personal decision you make.

FxAsking is not responsible for any decision, action, loss, cost, damage, claim, consequence, or outcome arising from your access to, use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Website or any third-party website, broker, platform, or service.

FxAsking aims to provide useful and up-to-date information, but broker information can change frequently.

The Website includes information about spreads, commissions, account types, minimum deposits, maximum leverage, regulation, licenses, platforms, instruments, payment methods, promotions, bonuses, restrictions, fees, support, educational tools, and other broker features.

FxAsking makes efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, broker information, market conditions, fees, regulations, platforms, account terms, and third-party data may change without notice. Accordingly, FxAsking does not guarantee that any content, ranking, score, review, comparison, broker profile, table, article, rating, tool result, or third-party information is accurate, complete, current, reliable, available, suitable, or error-free.

You must verify all important information directly with the relevant broker, regulator, payment provider, or official source before making any decision.

FxAsking reviews, rates, ranks, compares, or categorizes brokers based on factors such as regulation, fees, commissions, spreads, platforms, account types, available markets, deposits, withdrawals, support, educational resources, trading tools, user experience, and other review criteria.

Any score, rating, ranking, badge, comparison, “best broker” list, “top broker” list, broker match, or editorial verdict is an opinion based on FxAsking’s review process at the time of publication or update.

Broker scores and rankings may change at any time. A high ranking does not mean a broker is risk-free, suitable for you, authorized in your country, financially stable, or better than all alternatives. A lower ranking does not necessarily mean a broker is unsafe or unsuitable.

Broker reviews and rankings should be treated as a starting point for your own research, not as a recommendation or instruction.

The Website includes tools that allow users to filter or match brokers based on information such as country of residence, experience level, preferred instruments, deposit methods, withdrawal methods, budget, platform preferences, leverage preferences, or other criteria.

These tools are for general research and convenience only. They do not assess your full financial situation, personal objectives, income, savings, debts, investment knowledge, tax position, legal restrictions, or risk tolerance.

Any broker match, filter result, list, suggestion, or comparison shown by the Website is not personalized financial advice and must not be treated as a personal recommendation.

You remain solely responsible for checking whether any broker or product is available, lawful, suitable, and appropriate for you.

FxAsking is free for users. We do not charge users any fee for accessing our broker reviews, comparisons, rankings, educational content, or broker-matching tools.

FxAsking may receive compensation from brokers, affiliate partners, marketing partners, or third-party service providers when users click links, visit third-party websites, open accounts, deposit funds, trade, purchase services, or take other actions.

This compensation may include fixed fees, referral fees, affiliate commissions, revenue share, or other commercial arrangements.

Commercial relationships may affect how and where brokers, offers, or links appear on the Website, including their placement, visibility, or order. However, compensation does not guarantee a positive review, rating, ranking, score, or recommendation.

FxAsking is not responsible for the products, services, claims, offers, bonuses, promotions, actions, omissions, account terms, fees, restrictions, losses, or conduct of any broker, affiliate partner, or third-party website.

For more information about how FxAsking reviews brokers and how commercial relationships may affect the Website, please see our Advertiser Disclosure and Methodology pages.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, broker websites, regulator websites, payment providers, app stores, social media pages, tools, platforms, offers, or external resources.

These links are provided for convenience and information only. FxAsking does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, security, availability, accuracy, legality, fees, products, services, conduct, or performance.

A link to a third-party website does not mean that FxAsking endorses, guarantees, approves, supervises, or accepts responsibility for that third party.

When you leave the Website, your use of the third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s own terms, privacy policy, risk disclosures, and legal documents.

The Website and all content, tools, rankings, comparisons, reviews, data, links, features, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxAsking disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, security, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.

FxAsking does not warrant that:

• any broker will accept you as a client;
• any broker will remain regulated, solvent, reputable, or operational;
• any trading strategy, broker, platform, or account will produce positive results;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxAsking, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, authors, editors, affiliates, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, or liability arising out of or connected with:

• your use of the Website;
• your inability to use the Website;
• your reliance on any content, review, ranking, comparison, broker score, broker match, article, table, data, tool, link, or third-party information;
• your use of any broker, trading platform, payment method, account, product, or third-party service;
• trading losses, investment losses, missed profits, lost opportunities, margin calls, liquidation, slippage, withdrawal delays, account restrictions, broker insolvency, fraud, scams, cyber incidents, or regulatory issues;
• errors, omissions, delays, inaccuracies, interruptions, technical problems, data loss, unauthorized access, malware, or service unavailability;
• changes to broker terms, fees, regulation, products, platforms, account conditions, or market conditions;
• user-generated content or third-party content.

This exclusion applies to all types of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, economic, financial, reputational, business, data-related, or profit-related losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

By submitting User Content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
